How we handle your data.
AXT Off Road Caravans is a UAE-based dealer of expedition caravans. We collect only what we need to answer your concierge enquiries and to deliver a private viewing or rental experience. We do not sell your data, ever.
What we collect
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep the message you send and your contact details so we can respond. When you join a waitlist (e.g. the rental program), we store the email you provided until the program opens or you ask us to remove it.
How long we keep it
As long as is reasonable to serve you, and no longer. If you stop being a prospect, customer or partner, we delete on request.
Who we share it with
Vercel hosts our website and provides web analytics. Supabase stores enquiries and booking information. WhatsApp Business processes conversations you send us. We also use Meta Pixel to measure advertising visits and contact clicks, and Microsoft Clarity for session replay after your permission.
Session replay and your choice
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity on selected public pages to understand page visits, clicks, scrolling and where a journey stops. Clarity uses cookies to connect visits and provide session replays and heatmaps. Form entries are masked, and we do not send your name, email address, phone number or message as analytics events.
Clarity only loads after you select Accept. You can decline or withdraw your choice using Privacy choices at the bottom of an eligible page. We remember this choice for 180 days across axt.ae and invest.axt.ae. Changing your choice does not affect your ability to contact us.
Session replay is excluded from staff screens, private quotes, payment pages and the service enquiry form. A WhatsApp click records that you opened a conversation, not that you sent a message.
