How we handle your data.

AXT Off Road Caravans is a UAE-based dealer of expedition caravans. We collect only what we need to answer your concierge enquiries and to deliver a private viewing or rental experience. We do not sell your data, ever.

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we keep the message you send and your contact details so we can respond. When you join a waitlist (e.g. the rental program), we store the email you provided until the program opens or you ask us to remove it.

How long we keep it

As long as is reasonable to serve you, and no longer. If you stop being a prospect, customer or partner, we delete on request.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes traffic. Our messaging provider (WhatsApp Business) processes our WhatsApp conversations. No third-party advertising vendors, no data brokers.

Your rights

Ask us anything at mimi@axt.ae - access, correction, deletion, portability. We answer in plain English (or Arabic) within 4 working hours.
